Packers’ Jones wants NFL not to legislate helmet-to helmet hits

As part of a panel on NFL Network’s “NFL Total Access” on Wednesday, Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones said he wishes the NFL would not legislate helmet-to-helmet hits so much. Darren Sharper and Shaun O’Hara also were on the panel to discuss some actions they would take if they were NFL commissioner.
