NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell talked to Congress on Wednesday about partnering  with the U.S. Army on player health and safety issues. Goodell discussed how the NFL and Army are sharing data and information to help research for both sides. He also touched on replacement officials and the New Orleans Saints’ bounty case.
